- 10 Walking Lunges, holding Easy Bar on Left

- 10 Front Squats with Easy Bar

 

 

Day Three

3 Rounds:

- 5 Chin Ups/Underhand Lat Pull Downs

- 10 Dips

- 10 Burpees

- 20 Push Ups

- 20 Sit Ups
