- 30 sec Flutter Kicks

- 30 sec Yoga Bridge Leg Raise per leg

- 30 sec Jump Squats

 

4/3/2018

3 Rounds:

- 20 (total) Star Sit Ups

- 15 Prone Lateral Shoulder Raises

- Ab Twists X 15 per side

- 1 min Superman/Boat Pose

 

4/4/2018

3 Rounds:

- 10 Bulgarian Lunges, per leg

- 10 Romanian Deadlifts, per leg

3 Rounds:

- 10 Good Mornings

- 15 Sumo Deadlifts

4/5/2018

4 Rounds:

- 1 min Treadmill no motor

- 10 V-Ups

- 10 Box Jumps/Alternating Step Ups X 5 per leg

- Side to Side Jumps X 10 per side over box (or something flat)

- 10-20 Push Ups

 

4/6/2018

30-20-10 X

- Sit Ups

- Push Ups

V-Ups

- Double Unders/Double the Count Jump Ropes

- Slider Plank Mt. Climbers, per leg
