3 Rounds: - 15 Dumbbell Romanian Dead lifts/Good Mornings

- 10 Lunges per leg

3 Rounds: - 15 Prone Lateral Arm Raises

- 10 V Ups

Afternoon:

2-3 Rounds:

- Walking Lunges down Hallway

- 1 min Wall Squat

- 10 Burpees

- Walking Lunges Back

- 10 Slider Leg Curls

- 10 Good Mornings

- 30 seconds Side Plank, per side

- 30 second Scissor Kicks

- 20 Push Ups

15 min of:

- 1:30 min Cardio of Choice

- 10 Burpees/20 Air Squats

- 10-20 Push Ups

- 10 Seated Curls

- 10 Dips/Tricep Push Downs

4 Rounds:

- 10 X 1 Arm Overhead Press

- 10 Dumbbell Back Flyes
