- Diamonds: Push-Ups

- Spades: Air Squats

- Clubs: Star Sit Ups (Add one to odds)

3/20/2018

Morning:

15-12-10 X:

- Burpees/Air Squats

- Dumbbell Flyes

- Dumbbell Anterior Raises

- Dumbbell Back Flyes

Afternoon:

4 Rounds:

- 10-20 Push Ups

- 15 Hammer Curls

4 Rounds:

- 15 Skull Crushers

- 5 Chin Ups

3/21/2018

4 Rounds: - 20 Easy Bar/Barbell Bent-Over Rows

- 10 Box Jumps

4 Rounds: - 5 Pull Ups/10 Lat Pull Downs

- 10 Seated Cable Rows

- 20 (total count) Jump Lunges

Pull-Ups/Push-Ups till failure

15 minutes:

- 1 min Box Jumps

- 15 Slider Plank/Standing In and Outs

- 1 min Alternating Battle Ropes

- 1 min Slider Mt. Climbers

- 1 min Jump/Air Squats

4 Rounds:

- 10 Stability Ball Sit Ups

- 30 sec Superman/Back Plank hold

4 Rounds:

- 10 Thrusters

- 10 Burpees
