Afternoon

3 Rounds:

- Lunges X 10 per leg

- 1 min Wall Squat

- 20 X 4 Count Flutter Kicks

- Leg Raises X 20

- 10 Aerobesques, per leg

 

3/6/2018

Morning:

4 Rounds:

- 20 (total) Star Sit Ups

- 20 Air Squats

- 30 Sec Side Plank, per Side OR 10 Dumbbell Side Plank Up and Unders, per side

 

Afternoon:

Hearts: Sit Ups

Diamonds:V-Ups

Spades: Push Ups

Clubs: Slider Leg Curls

 

3/7/2018

3 Rounds:

- 10 Bulgarian Lunges, per leg

- 10 X 1 Leg Romanian Deadlifts, per leg

3 Rounds:
- 10 Good Mornings/Romanian Deadlifts

- 10 Slider Leg Curls

15 min of:

- 20 Battle Rope Slams

- 15 Burpees

- Farmer Carries Down the Hall

- 5 Pull Ups/Lat Pull Downs

- Farmer Carries Back

 

3/9/2018

3 Rounds:

- 10 Straight Bar Reverse Curls

- 10 Shoulder Press

- 10 Dips

- 10 Arnold Presses
