- Farmer Carries down hallway

- 1 min Wall Squat

- 10 (total) Aerobesque Flyes

- 10 Dumbbell Lateral Raises

- 15 V-Ups

- 10-15 Wall Balls

10 Back Lunges, per leg

15 Glute Hip Raises with feet on Stability Ball

- 10 Close Hand Push Ups

- 10 Med Ball Sit Ups to Overhead Press

Then…
