-  10 (5/leg) Walking Lunges, holding

    Easy Bar on Left Shoulder

-  10 Overhead/Front Squats with

    Easy Bar

 

Afternoon:

Deck of Cards:

- Heats: Air Squats

- Diamonds: Push Ups

- Spades: Sit Ups

- Clubs: Prone Lateral Raises

Morning:

30-20-10 X

V-Ups

- Arm Haulers

- Sit Ups- Plankensteins (total count of alternating opposite arm-leg lifts while in front plank)

- Air Squats

Afternoon:

15 min of:

- 10 Romanian Deadlifts/Good Mornings

- 10 Dumbbell Bent Over Rows

- Farmer Carries down hallway

- 1 min Wall Squat

- Farmer Carries down hallway

15 min of:

- 1 min Superman/Boat Pose

- 10 (total) Aerobesque Flyes

- 10 Dumbbell Lateral Raises

- 15 V-Ups

- 10-15 Wall Balls

 

2/15/2018

3-4 Rounds:

- 15 Dumbbell/Kettlebell Sumo Deadlifts

10 Back Lunges, per leg

15 Glute Hip Raises with feet on Stability Ball

15 Slider Leg Curls

 

2/16/2018

3 Rounds of:

- 10 Hammer Curls

- 10 Close Hand Push Ups

- 10 Med Ball Sit Ups to Overhead Press

Then…

5-4-3-2-1 reps of

- Heavy Hammer Curls

Close Hand Push Ups
