Weekly Work-Outs: Dark Magic and Burpees

Over the weekend, Troy and I went to a Murder Mystery Dinner. We got to play dress up and pretend to be Sir Michael, the mysterious Dark Knight/Prince of the Land and Maria, secretly practicing dark magic and witchery. Now, it's back to normal, no dark magic...just more burpees ;)

30 sec Cardio (Machine, Jump Rope, Jumping Jacks)

5 Burpees / Air Squats

20 Burpees / Air Squats

30 X 2-leg Glute-Hip Raises on Stability Ball

- Plank Elbows to Straight Arms

- Leg Raises

- Squats

- Calf Raises

 

1/25/2018

2-3 Rounds:

- 10 Burpees

- 10-20 Push-Ups

- 20-30 Sit Ups

- 30-40 Air Squats

- 20-30 Sit Ups

- 10-20 Push-Ups

- 10 Burpees

- Set of Stairs

15 – 12 – 10 – 8 X

- Dumbbell Shoulder Press

- Bent Over Back Flies

- Sit Ups with Overhead Med Ball Press

- Close-Hand Push Ups
