- Punching Bag Flips/Ball Slams

- Burpees

- 5 Push-Ups

- 2 Seated Shoulder Presses

- 30 sec Mt. Climbers

4 Rounds:

- 20 Dumbbell/Kettlebell Romanian Deadlifts

- 15 Slider Leg Curls

- 10 Step Ups, per leg

12/6/2017

15 min of:

- 5 Pull Ups/Lat Pull Downs

- 10 X 1 Arm Dumbbell Shoulder Press, per arm

- 20 V Ups

- 10 X 2 Arm Dumbbell Shoulder Press

Perform each 30 sec Work, 30 sec Rest for 3 min of each exercise:

- Rower, Versa Climber, Treadmill (no motor) or Spin Bike

- Slider Mt. Climbers

- Thrusters

- Flutter Kicks

- Reverse Burpees/Leg Raises
