In groups of TWO people, take turns performing 10 reps for 3 min of each exercise.: - 10 Burpees

- 10 V-Ups

- 10 Jump Lunges/5 Normal Lunges, per leg

- 10 Wall Ball

- 10 Box Jumps/Step Ups (5 per leg)

- 10 Med Ball Slams

4 Rounds:

- 10 Curl Thrusters

- 10 Dips

- 5 Chin Ups

- 10 Cable Triceps Extensions

3 Rounds:

1 min Treadmill (no motor)

10 Lunges, per leg

10 Good Mornings

1 min Wall Squat

With a partner, perform the indicated rep(s) or time of each exercise, alternating one after another, for 3 min of each:

- Punching Bag Flips/Ball Slams

- Burpees

- 5 Push-Ups

- 2 Seated Shoulder Presses

- 30 sec Mt. Climbers
