- 10 High Elbow Bar-to-Sternum Bent Over Rows with barbell

3 Rounds:

- 10 Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press

- 10 Dumbbell Bent Over Rows

Perform Each 30 sec Work, 30 sec Rest for 3 minutes:

- 30 sec Push-Ups

- 30 sec Alternating Step Ups

- 30 sec Punching Bag Flips

- 30 sec Wall Balls

- 30 sec Box/Plate Pushes

- 30 sec Jump Rope
