It's FALL-time!! Weekly Work-Outs
I'll be taking a three-day break from working out this weekend to start fresh for September 26, 2017 with the following plans:
Tuesday
3-4 Rounds:
- 10-20 EZ Bar Front Squats
- 10 Thusters
-20 Push Ups
-10 Seated Cable Rows
Wednesday
3-4 Rounds:
- 1 minute Treadmill, no motor
- 5 Pull-Ups
- 10 Push-Ups
- 15 Air Squats
Thursday
4 Rounds:
- 10 Standing Curl to Overhead Presses
- 10 Dips
- 10 Seated Curl to Overhead Presses
- 20 V-Ups
Friday
3 Rounds:
- 10 Lunges, per leg
- Farmer Carries down Hallway
-1 min Wall Squat
- 20 Slider Leg Curls
- 10 Good Mornings
