Wednesday

Hearts: Lying Leg Raises

Diamonds: 4-Count Flutter Kicks

Spades: V-Ups

Clubs: Push Ups

Thursday

3-4 Rounds:

  • 10 Seated Cable Rows

  • 10 X 1 Arm Rows, per arm

  • 10 X Prone Lateral Raises

Friday

3-4 Rounds:

  • 10 Seated Overhead Presses

  • 10 Dumbbell Lateral Raises

  • 10 X 1 Arm Overhead Presses

  • 10 Front Arm Raises
