24 INCH ARMS IN 24 HOURS!...Haha, all jokes aside, you cannot build impressive cannons on both sides of your body without blood, sweat and years, so ditch the mentality that easy work can produce impressive results. This intense arm routine is designed to exhaust your biceps and triceps with super sets, performing two or more exercises one after another without rest. The following is one of many routines we utilize to build and define our "cannons":


4 Rounds Super Set:

  • 8-10 Sitting Decline Dumbbell Curls

  • 8-10 Close Grip Bench Press

Rest One Minute


4 Rounds Super Set:

  • 8-12 Hammer Curls

  • 8-12 Dumbbell Triceps Overhead Extensions

Rest One Minute



3 Rounds Super Set:

  • Sitting Isolation Dumbbell Curls

  • Tricep Cable Push Down Drop Sets

Rest One Minute


4 Rounds:

  • Hanging Leg Raises until failure

  • Rest One Minute

  • 10-16 Ab Crunch Machine

  • Rest One Minute
