Thanks to the generosity of those who brought me avocados at work, I have gotten to make chocolate avocado ice cream. In case you have not tried this before, it's simple... - 1 medium avocado - Cocoa powder - 1/4 tsp salt - 2 cups milk (I use unsweetened
almond/coconut/soymilk) - Stevia to taste and/or a banana
*The ice cream consistency is much better if you add more fat (banana or full-fat coconut milk), yogurt or a shot of rum.
Blend it all in a blender then place in an ice cream maker or half freeze/freeze, then half thaw.
