More Ice Cream!

In trying to cut down on the 'poison,' I adjusted my favorite ice cream recipe (in a previous blog of mine) a bit. Basically, I just used yogurt in place of the rum....sounds like a great idea, right? That was sarcasm, in case it wasn't obvious. But, it really isn't bad! It does't make you tipsy, but it's creamier! 

Virgin Homemade Ice Cream

1/2 cup Strawberries/Blueberries

1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

1 cup Nonfat Yogurt

(I use plain Greek nonfat yogurt)

1/4 tsp Salt

2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

Drop of Vanilla Extract

Dash of Cinnamon

Stevia, to taste

 

Make in ice cream maker or freeze, till half frozen, or freeze then half-thaw
