Gingersnaps & Homemade Ice Cream

Healthy Gingersnaps
I made these for mother's day and i was asked to share the recipe, so i am 'finally' getting around to doing so.
my intent was to share it in addition to this new blog!
the recipe is:
- 1 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2 1/3 cup oatmeal flour (i just blended oats in my ninja blender)
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup stevia
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
bake until desired crispy/chewiness

Homemade Ice Cream
So, this recipe is a good alternative if you are trying to cut down on dairy, sugar and fat, but not so much if you are trying to reduce alcohol consumption. the alcohol creates a nice ice cream consistency without so much of the other stuff.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups unsweetened almond/cashew/soymilk
- 1/2 Tbsp salt

- 2 shots white rum/vodka
- drop of vanilla extract
- stevia, to taste
- optional: blended nuts, cocoa
powder, blueberries or strawberries
Mix/blend, then place in ice cream maker

4 Rounds:
- Med Ball Ab Circles,
per direction
- 20 Push Ups
- 10 V-Ups
- Burpees
