12 Days of Christmas Work-Out!
I was going to wait until Christmas Day, seeing that is when the "Twelve Days of Christmas" officially begins; but I think some of us may enjoy a count down, 12 days prior to Christmas. So, here's the work-out if you would like to start it today, Christmas Day or both! I'm sharing a day late, so you will need to do the 1st and 2nd day's exercises today, or the 12th and 11th days if counting down the days until Christmas Working backwards, 12th to 1st until Christmas, then working forward, 1st to 12th, is the game plan if going for both, before and after.
